Our Simple Cancellation Policy
At NetClean Solutions, we value our customers and strive to provide the best cleaning services. To ensure smooth operations and fair notice for both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Commercial Cleaning Contracts
For commercial cleaning contracts, we require one month's notice for cancellations. This allows us to adjust schedules and staffing accordingly to maintain service quality for all of our clients. If you wish to cancel your commercial cleaning contract, please provide at least 30 days' notice in writing to netclean.solutions@gmail.com.

Residential Cleaning Services
For residential cleaning services, we require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This gives us sufficient time to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule a residential cleaning appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations, No-Shows, or Recurring Cancellations
If the required notice period is not provided, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee:

Residential Services: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service. Additionally, for recurring cancellations of residential services, we reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Commercial Contracts: Cancellations without one month's notice may result in a charge based on the remaining contract value.
